No Return or Refund Policy


At Chico’s Chamoyy, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality candy to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, all sales are final.


Please note the following:


1. No Returns: We do not accept returns on any candy products once they have been shipped or picked up.


2. No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued after a purchase is completed.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at Chicoschamoyy@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
